New Jersey Farm Bureau Women's Leadership Committee
New Jersey farm women play a key role in the development of policies and programs and are active in all areas of the New Jersey Farm Bureau. Our mission is to develop agriculture leaders and public understanding of the value and need for agriculture in everyday living through public education and advocacy.
Agricultural Learning Center at the Fairgrounds
Kathy Cafasso is the Program Director at the Agricultural Learning Center located at the Sussex County Fairgrounds, Augusta, NJ. She creates and oversees the programming for students preK to grade 4, as well as developing materials for parents and teachers. Kathy is a retired teacher with 37 years teaching experience in the lower elementary grades. Her staff for the onsite programs consists of retired teachers, 4-H leaders and Sunday School teachers.
